The study "Analysis and documentation on Human Rights violations with emphasis on Civil and Political Rights of vulnerable groups" shows 7,005 cases of violations of Fundamental Rights. The findings found in 19 civil society organizations consulted show that the groups most affected continue to be: boys, girls and adolescents (NNA), Migrants and Descendants, LGTBIQ, Sex Workers and people living with HIV.

This study identifies the main Human Rights violations: violence, harassment, harassment by the authorities (state agents), arbitrary arrests, threats and refusals of protection by the security forces, among other aspects that legitimize and normalize the actions of violence. The humiliations committed by non-state agents are also visible, as well as the under-registration of the violations committed. This analysis was performed by the LCD.

This study is carried out within the framework of the project "Civil Society Organizations promote, advocate, demand and monitor the application of institutional guarantees of Human Rights (Human Rights) of vulnerable groups in Greater Santo Domingo" carried out PROACTIVIDAD PARA COOPERATION AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT and Save The Children Dominicana, with the support of the European Union; with the main objective of helping to strengthen and consolidate Civil Society Organizations that defend the Human Rights of vulnerable groups in the country.
